Waves of Grace – Gulf Front House! (20% Off November & December!!)

The owner is super easy to work with, and you work with him from start to finish, he responds quickly to texts and emails and always has time to answer all your questions. No dealing with a manager or rental company, you talk directly to the owner and I loved that. We had a our family from all over the U.S. meet us for an extended weekend at Waves of Grace, and they were all blown away by the size of this house and how beautiful every room was. The rooms are huge, and the beds are comfortable. The closets and bathrooms are extra large and the kitchen has two dishwashers and two refrigerators. There are plenty of pots, pans, dishes, and silverware! Be sure to bring plenty of paper towels, toilet paper and all the spices you like cooking with. The house sits right on the water and is in an area that isn't over crowded by vacationers. My only regret is that we had to leave... But, NEXT year we will be back to enjoy the wine, cards and beach hopefully year after year.

This amazing beach house provided the perfect place for our family vacation this year. My husband and I and our three children and their families, including 12 grandchildren, enjoyed this luxurious accommodation for five days. The children loved sharing the third floor bunk bed rooms and their own den. We loved the nearness to the beach and having the partially shaded pool when the children wanted to come away from the sun and sand. The spacious and well stocked kitchen, including two refrigerators and two dishwashers, certainly met all our needs. The owner was gracious and very prompt in replying to any communication. We loved the location and will certainly be staying here again.

We stayed at this amazing beach house September 2014 and will be staying again August 2015. The rooms are big and clean, and the house is in a perfect location. It has everything you want in vacation home!!! The owner is very kind and easy to deal with.

We had six couples stay at Waves of Grace and we each had our children with us. The kids ranged from 1yr to 9 yrs old. This house was perfect! The rooms are larger than they appear in the pictures and the dining room tables are perfect for seating a lot of people. We cooked at the house every night and the kitchen had all utensils and cooking items we needed! The beach was great but it was great to have the pool too!

Me and my extended family have been to this wonderful home the last 3 years and will continue to come here as long as we have a yearly reunion. It is the most wonderful home we have ever rented. Plenty of room for a very large family, decorated very nicely, has everything you would ever want or need (except it only has one oven and needs two). It has two refrigerators and two dishwashers and two dens, one on main level and one on 3rd level for kids. It even has a small pool which comes in very handy when the weather is too bad to go into the ocean.The covered back porch is wonderful for sitting and looking at the ocean or reading or whatever. The owner, Gene is a wonderful man who takes care of any problem you might have. He has a man, Mark, who lives near there that comes if needed to take care of problems that may arise. There is nothing bad I can say about the house.It even has an elevator that is really needed to bring lots of luggage to the upper floors. We have enjoyed coming here so much and look forward to coming again and again.

My husband and I treated our kids and grandkids to a once in a lifetime beach vacation. We could not have chosen a more perfect place then Waves of Grace. The house was truly exceptional, even better then the pictures portrayed. We had more then enough room for the 18 of us that were there, including 7 children under the age of 8. The views were spectacular whether we were sitting on the beach or on the private deck off the back of the house. Gene was very helpful to us every step of the way in planning this trip, as was Marc, his rental manager. If we ever go on this type of trip again, it will definitely be through Gene and Waves of Grace. Thanks for an amazing week and a lifetime of memories. The Belcher families

We rented Waves of Grace for my daughter's wedding and we could not have had a more beautiful venue. We had a total of 20 people who stayed in the house for 3 days. The home was so spacious and well equipped that everyone was completely comfortable. The elevator was extemely convenient for older family members, the views were wonderful, and the decor in the house was amazing . The wedding took place on the beach at the end of the boardwalk and the steps that led to the boardwalk provided the perfect entrance for our bride to walk down the "aisle ". Gene was a pleasure to work with. He was flexible and accomodating every step of the way. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a lovely,comfortable place to stay.

We had the best time at Waves of Grace and Gene was more than accommodating with everything that we needed. We could not have pick a better house to have our wedding and there was plenty of room for our friends and family!! The beach and the view were beautiful and made the perfect setting for our sunset wedding. It was so hard to leave on our last day there and we will defiantly be going back to Waves of Grace to celebrate our anniversary in the future!

We had a wonderful time at "Waves of Grace". We actually felt the presence of God in the house. We enjoyed several days of spirit filled prayer sessions and there was a free flow of testimonies as folks moved by the spirit outpoured their soul. The house is very nice and the elevator was extremely useful to one of our party who uses a pace maker - everybody was invigorated and inspired. We will definitely make another visit.

A little late getting this review in, but just had to brag about the home and Gene. He was so accommodating along the way to everything we asked. I'm not sure how many times we went by the house, but he was always willing to let us stop by. The home is exactly what you see in the pictures. My family and friends had a great time even if beach time was limited due to setting everything up. I would 1000% recommend this house to anyone. I've rented many times off of VRBO and you WILL NOT find a better owner to deal with.
